Supertex (NASDAQ: SUPX), a recognized leader in high voltage analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), today introduced the HV7355, an eight channel, unipolar, high speed ultrasound pulser IC designed for portable medical diagnostic ultrasound applications. The IC brings together controller logic interface circuitry, level translators, MOSFET gate drive buffers, and high voltage and high current P- and N-channel MOSFETs as the output stage for each channel.
And a more potent 1.4-litre 85PS four-cylinder petrol engine is available, as well as the same 1.2-litre TDI that appears in the S Copa.Prices are from pounds 10,495 for the Ibiza SC 1.4 SE Copa - a premium of pounds 500 over the S Copa but with pounds 1,120 of extra kit.
