Park revamp


A pounds 150,000 play park revamp is set to be unveiled.


But worse than the spectres of the island are the ghosts of Izzy's past, ghosts that will never leave her alone and are intent on ensuring she never has friends again.The scheme will officially open at 10am on Saturday, August 13, with a pipe band performance, fitness taster sessions and 5 a-side football match. The work has been funded by Durham County Council, Youth Opportunities Fund, Playbuilder, the Sir James Knott Trust and Community Spaces.
