Even for those of us without the luxury of having a playground in our own backyard, our children will no doubt spend plenty of time in playgrounds growing up. And for the most part, that is a good thing. After all, playing outside, especially on play structures, is great for your child's health, giving them a chance to develop strength, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular health.
